March 24, 2018 - Breazeale and Franklin Follow MSCCS Series to Columbus and Whynot
1Friday night found both Billy Franklin and David Breazeale in action at Columbus Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series sanctioned Mud Bug Classic. After contact with the wall in qualifying transferred him into the B-Main, Breazeale captured a consolation victory locking him into the 9th-starting position for the feature. Franklin secured his spot into the $2,000-to-win A-Main with a 3rd place finish in his consolation event. Rolling off 9th, David improved one spot to place 8th. Billy dropped three positions in the 30-lap affair logging a 16th place outing.

The following night saw 26 cars registered in for action at Whynot Motorsports Park (Meridian, Mississippi) for the $2,500 top prize. Failing to lock his spot into the show via qualifying, Breazeale landed a 3rd place finish in his B-Main positioning him 13th on the starting grid for the feature. Billy Franklin held his 16th-starting spot in the feature for all 40-laps to place 16th. David jumped up two spots reeling in an 11th place finish.

March 17, 2018 - 6th Place Finish in MSCCS Opener at Jackson Motor Speedway
1Powering the Franklin Fence & Erosion Control #17 Super Late Model, Billy Franklin traveled to Jackson Motor Speedway (Byram, Mississippi) on Saturday evening for the Mississippi State Championship Challenge Series (MSCCS) season opener. In a field of 22 Super Late Models, Franklin recorded the 12th fastest time in qualifying locking him on the sixth row for the $2,500-to-win A-Main. Coming one spot shy of a Top-5 finish, Billy improved six spots in the 40-lap affair to place 6th. (Rickey Victory photo)

March 3, 2018 - Billy Franklin Attends Frostbuster at Magnolia
1On Saturday night the Franklin Enterprises team saw Billy Franklin make the short trip to Magnolia Motor Speedway (Columbus, Mississippi) for the regular night of a racing. After laying down the second fastest time overall in qualifying, Franklin was running in 2nd in the feature until losing one spot after a caution. Making hard contact with a rut while battling for a podium spot, Billy fell back to a 9th place outing when the checkered flag flew.
